If we play with some discipline (more than I've seen so far this season) we will be fine.

Discipline from D secondary to cover tighter

Discipline from Oline to stay with their blocks

Discipline from receivers to catch the ball before they run

He was dressed out Saturday night but I don't think he played. I had seen him in sweats the first three games.

That's right. I cringe at the thought of being in barn burners late in the 4th qtr against OLD miss and AT florida. This inconsistent and passive/play not to lose offense can cost us a game to one of these LESSER opponents, and that would really suck a cock!

I thought this was the primary reason LSU got rid of Miles. And a prerequisite for the new coach and his OC. But yet here we are again.

I know Ensminger was never OC under Miles. But still makes you wonder if the stench of this mentality didn't rub off on him over the years.

Yes, Jack, that's precisely what I believe most of us are afraid of.

Yes.
LSU should win based on talent and Ole Miss' defense.

However, the Ole Miss offense is more dangerous than Tech's and LaTech put up 21 on us. Our offense struggled against SLU and Tech at times. There is no assurance that it will light up the Reb's pitiful defense.
Ole Miss will have emotion on their side as this is one of their bowl games for the season.

They are a pass only offense with a weak OLine. We are DBU. So, no. No, not worried one bit.

Prepare to see us get several interceptions and I predict 2 pick 6s.

Well Yeah. Ole Miss has nothing to lose and would love to spoil LSU's season. Its a rivalry bruh. Always worry about Ole Miss because they play up so much better than they are vs LSU. They come in here like the Pats...Its their Super Bowl. Their fanbase truly hates LSU. Talking hate everything from our fans, our culture, our colors, our band, our team, our players to Mike the Tiger.. The hate is real. And that hate is cloaked in their culture and the whole athletic program. LSU will be up for this game. I have no doubt in my mind.

Ole Miss defense is really bad.

This X 1000

Their defense couldn't stop a cold. Plus Aranda didn't run any type of scheme against La Tech. He let the players play. Was actually the perfect game for our players to get ready for this one. LSU is one of the best teams vs one dimensional teams.

Aranda will set their QB up and the defense will pick him off at least 2 times and sack him 4/5 times. Stevens will be back out there too. Idk where he was this week but I'm sure he'll be back and the DBs will take this game personal. 41-17 Tigers!!

I’m worried about every game... especially since special ed admitted he had to talk to the defense for the 1st time this season during tech game when he is supposed to be an expert dL coach and we’ve had no pass rush from the dL. Also wish he would just take the headphones off because that’s got to incomfortable to wear for 3 hours without talking to your coaches

Outside of playing Rice, every game on schedule scares me for the rest of the season.

Since 2011 we have beaten ole miss 52-3, 40-24,and 38-21. We beat them 2 more times too, but those actually were closer scores. So, basically you're opinion that ole miss always playing LSU tough doesn't hold water. We beat the absolute dogshit out of them physically last season at their place. The final score of 40-24 wasn't indicative of the drubbing we put on them either. It was much worse than the score indicated. I loved it when mettenberger mercy kneed them at their place on their 1 yard line when the score was 52-3 as well. We should beat them by a couple of tds this weekend too. Their defense is absolutely pathetic and their offense isn't as good as people thought it was after they beat Texas tech the first game of the season. We are going to sack the frick out of their Hawaiian too and force him to throw some picks. I truly don't see them keeping this game closer than a 14 points.

The Tigers will also be ready to play this game and not just go through the motions like they did against LA tech. This game means a lot to LSU as a whole, but to orgeron especially for obvious reasons. A mentally, physically and emotionally prepared LSU Tiger football team, a pissed off orgeronimeaux, and a home night game in DV means only one thing...tremendously bad news for OM. Geaux Tigers.
