Yeah the offensive line is going to be trash. We'll be a 4 loss team because of that group

Yes but several types are saying they are winning individual drills. It is when they are in 11 on 11 that they have issues. So as these media types have said and it makes sense. It would appear the talent is there. They just need time working together to become a cohesive unit. That gives me promise for the line this season. The problem is the toughest game is week one.

OP just ignores actual results on the field last year against a weak schedule.

Not only OP, all of the media. I've said it 100 times, Clemson ain't bad but dig into their results last year with any depth and you can't help but wonder why the hype is so great.

quit falling for the Clemson hype. They were garbage last year and beat ONE team with a winning record during the regular season (Pitt went 7-6), and went 0-3 against the SEC. Sure, they could improve, but all this top 5 hype is absolutely insane. I think they are ranked so highly because outside of LSU, they will probably run the table with their schedule.

no one takes you seriously on here, so you can warn all you want...that is all you do is put down the team, coaches, players, etc.

The big question is why are we having OL issues in Kelly’s 4th year?
, We just lost nearly the entire line to the draft/graduation. Breaking in a completely new OL regardless of talent level will always raise question marks.

When Dandy Don said he’s worried about the OL, you should be very worried

He’s never said one negative thing about LSU

OL and offensive play calling are my concerns. OL concerns are obvious having to replace damn near the entire line. I don’t see why the play calling will improve, nothing changed.

At least we aren’t going against a good D line in 3 weeks

Will agree with others. Reports are Oline guys are doing well in 1v1s and getting beaten in 11 on 11s.

Absolutely, my biggest concern is that it is similar to the D last year where we don't have the right group out there week 1.

Similar to not starting Weeks, having Sage at corner, etc.

I think our o line will be fine by the end of the year think it might be off to start.

Why is no one around here mentioning Mascona said Thompson and Davis made a hole on the right side for a Caden 45 yard TD run?

Information is imperfect.

But Hunt described the first 7 plates of 1 v 1s during the scrimmage and it was like 6 plays blown up in backfield combined with an incomplete pass.

That long run they say has been consistent. Our DL might be getting a bit too aggressive at times.

It’s all a guess because none of us have seen enough. But my interpretation is that the OL is way behind. There’s hope that it gels. But it would be a disaster if we played a game right now.

Chester is the problem which should come as no surprise
_________

There have been fails by most of the Oline. Chester and Thompson getting beat regularly.

The other side is that Baker looks like he can confuse an Oline with the talent he has in the front seven this year.

The OL has plenty of talent but will struggle at times. Hopefully, it gels by midseason. Don’t make too much of our DL dominating, because this DL will dominate almost every OL it faces. The depth is ridiculous.

The defense also knows they’re running the ball. They’ll be fine. You got Nuss and a bunch of weapons. Don’t over think it.

no. I've already accepted they are going to be awful, considering everything coming out of practice. I mean, there is a guy from the American Conference blowing our O-line up.

Perfect example of why we don't need to be scheduling top 10 teams on the road week 1. Schedule cupcakes week 1 so we can gel as a team game 1
