This is undoubtedly correct. I just think that most people are wondering why "what they have" doesn't include a competent QB.

Cam says in the video "We will run the simplest 1950s offense. If we can't get this we will run one route all year"

Worst case is he sucked and the bring in a Freshman. You're always going to have competition at any position. Mett was just good enough to clear any kind of suspicions about him playing.
If you think other players don't think they're good and can play better than AJ, you're sorely mistaken. I mean Harris came to LSU with AJ in front, and he didn't even know how good he was yet, with only a year difference.

this is 1950's football. then cam tries to sprinkle in some plays like the ones to quinn and he drops three passes
players have to make plays. Cam called a good game for the most part. Players couldn't execute. simple as that.

It amazes me that people think they know more than the coaches. Cam sees these guys in practice all day long. We saw Harris' potential against a cupcake, but we also saw what happens when you put him against an upper echelon SEC team. When Cam has the tools to run an offense like he ran with Mett, we'll see it. And I think it will be next year, with Harris, and we'll contend for the title. And people will say, "We could have done this last year if they had given Harris a second chance." And the correct answer will be, "No, we couldn't."

If AJ could at least pump fake once or twice we'd have guys open left and right. Its head scratching how bland and unimaginative our passing game is.

OK, so our final two opponents aren't "upper echelon" SEC teams.
There's no excuse for him not to see the field against them. None whatsoever.
