Honestly think Aranda has plans for his runs. We have seen him before and I really think LSU will have a spy on him. If our defense plays like they have been we good. I usually have a weird feeling about games we lose, like a legit something is wrong feeling, haven't had it all year.

Keep hurts in the pocket and stop the run is the key to the game

I bet this defense can do that more times than not w this amount of time to prepare and being healthy

Like gundy said it's just the triple option- assignments will be huge ..I'd be surprised if they didn't control the game

Actually I'm more nervous bout Sean Payton and the saints keeping kamara as the starter rb than I am about LSU facing hurts. That's an honest answer for ya.

Well I recently sat down and watched that film and Grant Delpit had a really bad game. The Ole Miss O line did a decent job blocking and then plumlee got through but it really highlighted the importance of the Linebacker and the safety. He missed a lot of tackles. I think it was a poor decision by the staff to play him. Resting him against Arkansas was the right move by the staff and against UGA he played excellently with his sack highlighting his versatility for the NFL draft. Sure, Oklahoma is a way better team than Ole Miss and we have to be concerned but I don’t think Jalen Hurts runs for 200 Yards and passes for 200. Another problem that Hurts has is his turnovers. If we can pressure him early say if we receive and go up 7-0 and get a turnover and score that will really tip the game in our favour. The other thing is that CeeDee Lamb is a fantastic Receiver but they also have Rambo who has caught for 700 YD but aside from that they don’t have any other threats whilst Terrace Marshall JR, Clyde (Hopefully) and Thad Moss are also threats. I thought Terrace Marshall Jr had a good game against UGA even though he had some crucial drops. They put a lot of effort into containing Chase whilst Jefferson & Marshall Jr were still big threats. That really excites me for next year with Arik Gilbert, Kayshon Boutte and more with chase and Marshall Jr returning. Oklahoma’s secondary really doesn’t match. Ohio State has 3 1st/2nd round corners to contain Chase, Marshall Jr and Jefferson and Oklahoma has possibly lost it’s starting Safety to concussion. Geaux Tigers!

I'd be nervous as hell about that. I have a bit of $ on LSU -13 too hardly a fraction of a fraction of that amount.

Who is a better QB, Lamar Jackson or Hurts? Aranda shut Jackson down cold in that bowl game against the Cardinals a few yrs ago.

That’s really irrelevant with regards to this season. The defense that shut Jackson down was better than this one.

But, I have to admit, facing Jalen Hurts does worry me.

Did you see what Aranda did to Lamar Jackson with a less talented defense?
