Related to Benny?

I noticed that when Trindon was returning that the guards would not get down field and block quick enough, for obvious reasons. I'm pretty sure that every time Trindon bobbled a kick he actually got better yardage because the guards had more time to get to their blocks and let Trindon do the rest.

He is one of the players that Les wasted! I think another coach would have used him more successfully.

I miss him because as of right now we don't have a pure speed player like we have had on so many teams- Holliday, Xavier Carter, Brazell, etc etc. I'm anxious to see if Jeryl Brazil or one of the new recruits can take the designation of pure speed and turn it into all american football player as well.

He was too damn small to be used a lot. He went down too easy. Now in open space it was a different story.

all that.

No, he wasn't a traditional between the tackles runner, but he wasn't exactly a 98 lb weakling.

I deposed the guy who was the chriopractor for the LSU track team. He said TH was a very solid 155 to 160 pounds - not fragile in any way.

Would have loved to see him used more on punt returns as well, but dadgummit...it was quite a stressful adventure seeing whether he could field the punt without fumbling.

Fas--yes
Hands with punts--questionable
Open space--GONE
in traffic--no bueno

Would he have made the Chad Jones return...NO

So he was a great situational punt returner that got every bit of talent out of his body.

Wish all Tigers reached their absolute potential like he did!

His return against Ole Miss was something amazing.
Has to be the earliest "he is gone" call ever. Verne called it on our own 30 or so.
