if you have direct tv, you've probably got it, if you have Cox, it will cost you all of a $1/month for the extra sports tier that includes ESPNU and the NFLN, really good deal.

someone needs to beat you with a coconut.

Night games matter more than what network it's on. This isn't 1980 when half the country didn't have cable. If someone (HS player or potential fan) wants to watch the game they'll find it on the U or wherever

As opposed to Raycom Sports or Tigervision crap?

ESPNU gives more Tiger fans a chance to see LSU play. And it puts more money in LSU's pocket.

Did you attend the Arky game 2 yrs. ago? It was a home game televised by CBS and it sucked. Yeah it sucked b/c LSU lost but there were so many fricking TV timeouts that there was no rythem to the game. I swear half the game it seemed like the teams just stood around and you cold tell it frustrated them and the crowd. Screw CBS

+1....it seemed like we were in the stadium for 6 hours, and it was just a miserably shitty day weather wise

So if it is on ESPNU then it will be on ESPN 360. This is nothing but positive news for us and the program

That's not what he's off on.

And yes, I agree that the OP was off as well...

i just want 7 oclock game time. it doesnt matter what channel its on.

quote:

Yeah that 6:00 start for Vandy and ULaLa is gonna kill you

It' obvious the guy was just talking about getting late starts...

quote:

So you want LSU to go back to being mediocre so that CBS doesn't want us at 2:30. Got it.

That's not what the guy was saying at all...

More specifically, Directv has added ESPNU to their Choice package and above. You no longer need to subscribe to their Sportspack to get it. This move was effective July 1.

Definitely one of my worst experiences in TS and all the TV timeouts contributed to that.

LSU2themax... Thanks for posting that. Did not know and now I do.

Are you kidding me! it's great! I cancelled my season subscription to ESPN gameplan because of the ESPNU coverage

I just did the same thing. SEC fans don't need Gameplan anymore.
