Anyone else not as excited for National Champ game as Nov. 5th game?

I'm guessing it's because of the 30 days hiatus between games, but I've heard from several Tiger fans that say they were more excited about the 1st Bama/LSU game than the 2nd one.
Anyone else the same way?

You have two major holidays in between now and the second GOTC.

Even more excited...it could not have been scripted any better. God willing, if we win the NC we would have beaten beaten Bama in Alabama and in Louisiana, in the same year...how exciting is that? Beating OSU in NO would have been a great win, but beating Bama on Jan 9 will be a victory for the ages...our players know what they're embarking on as well, even if we as fans don't always see it...

Not as excited because we already beat them. If it was a team we hadn't already played, it would be more exciting.
Plus, the championship is usually between teams that don't normally meet. We play Bama every year. It's a meh game.

Earlier poster hit on it. I'm not as excited as I was for the first meeting...I think it's because it's so far away though. Once Christmas is over and the good bowl games crank up, I will be in game mode. Gonna be an epic week building up to Jan 9
