I know it's been said 10000000000 times but i simply can't help myself. I've got a bit of a chubby about how ridiculous this football team is going to be with CC at OC. Just the simplest things that the vast majority of us have been screaming about since the Jimbo years are finally beginning to become a staple in the offense, at least from what we've seen so far. (i.e. Play Action, TEs, Screens, the whole 9). Couple that with the fact that our baseball team looks more dominate than they did for the 2009 NC and its looking like a damn good year to be an LSU sports fan. It's great to see our athletic department returning to greatness.

This looks for certain. Dominate is a great word to describe this group.

This still remains to be seen, but I'm optimistic (like every year around March-April)

I'm very indifferent. I'll believe our offense will be different when I see it. I'm not a negatiger, I just have been let down too many times before so I refuse to get excited until I have reason to be (regarding our offense).

You remind me of my friend. When we go Duck hunting he shoots before the birds come back around. Misses half the time.

Les (3 yards and a cloud of dust) is still the head coach isn't he? Let's wait for the results on the field in September.

iPhone, get the frick over it.

And as far "returning" to greatness. There isn't a single poster in here the believes our athletic department has lived up to expectations. This is what I mean by returning to greatness.

I wish we could have had CC over the past two years. The Co offensive coordinators and lack of game planning was apparent. I think stud and krag are great position coaches but I think we won many games by being better athletes and not neccessarily out game planning them. I think Cam has established himself as a good coordinator and it should show some dividends. I would like to have had last years defense to go with the new look offense this year.

There is no way that the over demanding LSU fans will ever believe that the LSU athletic department lives up to expectations. There must always be something to beotch and whine about.

Nope, been there done that, Last year i bought in to the hype Met gone to bring us to the promise land and boom or OL goes down and we struggle to win the rent a win games. Not going to count my chickens till the eggs hatch this year. I am cautiously optimistic. Not a negatiger but been here before. Got to play the games and see what happens.

Dominant is an adjective. Dominate is a verb.

Sorry, I've only read the misuse of dominate 5 times on this board today.
