The best series Harris had at LSU was when he was a freshman against MsSt. Last time he ran a complete series out of a 4 WR set. Once Miles got his hands on Harris he ruined the kid.

Havent thought about this, but it's the damn truth. He was lights out his first drive, sitting in shotgun, launching bombs.

Gets some coaching, and goes right to the fetal position.

I feel bad insofar as, he's not the right QB for Miles' system. His athleticism would be better used in a run-option offense.

But, I'm not sure he has all the intangibles needed to be a major college QB. Somebody with his experience should have never, ever, ever made that pass at the end of the game. That was decision making of the worst kind. I expect that mistake from a true freshman, not from a returning starter.

I get the frustration, but that kind of poor decision making happens on Sundays too.

CLM should apologize to BH with an ending of "I'm the guy that recruited you..."

I feel bad for him. I know him personally. My 2 nephews played at Parkway and graduated the same year as him. I watched him throw every pass for 3 years while he played for Feaster. I know for a fact he wasn't this bad at Parkway. I know it was against high school talent but Feaster put him in a position to use his talents. Having to read a defense while taking a 7 step drop or using play action is way different than what he is good at. He's a good young man and I hate that he's taking so much heat for his troubles. He deserves some of the blame for sure but not all. Put him in shotgun, have 3 or 4 wide receiver sets and let the kid play ball like I know he can.

Cam, CLM, and BH are all to be blamed! Brennan is the only QB that has been recruited by this staff ever that has what it takes to win a NC! And that is the problem!!!!!!

Yep. It's hard to believe we just continue recruiting guys that have never played Les' brand of football before, but thats all they are allowed to do.

Brandon's performance was abysmal Saturday. Put him on the bench where he belongs. I'm sorry that you lack objectivity but you absolutely have nothing to lose by benching him.

The only scheme to help Harris is to have barn doors for receivers. Hate every coach we have Harris has no accuracy throwing the football.

Jennings had his throw vs Alabama destroy him. The only way Harris can overcome being destroyed by the Wisconsin throw is if Harris destroys Bama instead.

Since we're on the subject, I took a look and thought this was interesting:

UL Passing vs. Boise State

Jennings, Anthony

21 for 33 Yards 186 TD 1 INT 0 Long 36 Sacks 5

Not trying to read anything into this, but it seems that Jennings' percentage of completions are better than I recall at LSU.

I do. It is not his fault. I don't think he is being used the correct way. In the correct system I know he can succeed. He is an amazing talent.

I'm not sure why you seem to take this so personal with him. If Etling is in fact worse than Harris you could have a lot to lose on Saturday against Jacksonville State.

The better QB needs to play. If that is Etling, so be it, but otherwise you don't just throw in the backup over and over again hoping for a "spark". Get real.

They asked him to dink and dunk quite a bit and they got blown out, but he started like 8 for his first 9 attempts or something like that. He completed a higher percentage and more passes in general than he ever did in any game in his LSU career. It is a perfect example of putting the same talent in a better position to succeed.

Jennings was a 48% passer in his career at LSU.

Lol. How many QBs were good in hs and don't do shite in college? How many QBs were stellar in college and don't do shite in the pros.

It's on the coaches, but Harris just isn't that good. No shame in that. He can join the other 99.98% percent of us.

By getting your arse kicked?

Dude, if they dinkes and dunked with Jennings instead of handing to LF, y'all would still want Les gone.

You missed the point. The point was that Jennings was markedly better than he's ever been at LSU in 1 game where his team was thoroughly outmatched. ULL got more out of him that this staff ever did.
