I used to love that as a kid. They used to(pretend to) ask questions to LSU coaches and players. The "Players" would answer with music clips from popular songs.

It was the greatest!

Wasn't his real name Danny Semore or something like that?

Eric Marten, what did you think when Risher threw that long TD pass to you? "you dropped the bomb on me, baby, you dropped the bomb on me, yea ,yea, yea"

YES! Gym Nasium was hilarious, someone should definitely bring that back...with all the digital editing out there now it should be easy! If someone could send me one of them to remember how he formated it, I could easily so one for Ole Miss and post it! I work for some radio stations and have all the equipment needed...geaux1@emeraldcoastbayoubengals.com...email it there if you find one.

I was just telling someone about that the other day. Of course, I was in elementary school/junior high and thought they all were funny, but one I remember was....

Eric Hill, I saw you talking with a Kentucky cheerleader after the game, what did she tell you? (Billy Ocean - Caribbean Queen) "She said I was the Tiger she wanted to tame"

I was thinking of that the past couple of days. It would be awesome if someone did bring it back. However, I doubt very seriously we could find them archived on the internet.

Damn, you went old school 102.5 WFMF

Remember the song "Rumors"? "Look at all these rumors, surrounding me everyday...."

When Coach Arnsbarger was leaving WFMF did a knock-off about the rumors surround his leaving LSU. "There's one solution, coach Bill why cant you stay?"

I thought about this very subject earlier this season. I totally agree with ya'll that with today's technology this should be easy to do. I would love to see this re-introduced. The kids would love it.

Here he is, people the man, the legend: Danny Simar AKA Jim Nasium

This is a pic of him at Charlie McClendon's last game in 1979

his MS really started to kick in badly in the late 80s ... when randy rice (his radio side kick) moved over to WYNK-FM it was pretty much the end of danny/nasium ..
