Travonte Valentine supposedly has recommitted himself to getting himself and his grades in shape. Michael Ford is running between the tackles. Trindon Holliday getting some reps at defensive end with the switch to the 4-3. Keiland Williams' calves getting some reps at backup QB.

With that said, the defense had a really good day. Stingley shut down his side of the field, Clark was making tackles all over the field, and Shelvin was eating up double teams inside all practice. Really good early signs.
