Any word on Marcel Brooks' availability this week?

I've heard rumblings of him being suspended as the reason he didn't play against Georgia Southern. With the news of Charles and Divinity back for the Texas game, has there been any word on if Marcel Brooks will play?

I mean, before his not playing at all during Ga. So., we heard that he was going to get some playing time from O. No one thinks he's going to take someone's spot, I think this is just speculation on "is he really suspended" and "if so, will he be good to play during Texas?"
We've heard great things during the offseason, so why didn't he play during a complete beatdown of Ga. Southern? We'll be fine without him even for Texas, but if he's really good like we've been hearing, hopefully he's a go for this game.
