“Gone in a couple years” as in not in Jacksonville. He will be in the NFL for as long as he wants

You obviously missed my point. His size won't be the determining factor of whether or not he'll be a good nfl player. Donald is the same size and was the best in the league.

That’s completely irrelevant, Donald is a complete outlier.

He’s about the same size as Aaron Donald. Obviously not saying he’s the same level player but he has quickness and power

Just doesn’t have the measurables but I think he makes a roster and is an eventual starter and difference maker. He will get there and get that second contract.

Because he should have stayed another year and been a superstar.

Sure, and there are running backs about the same size as Darren Sproles, not the same level player but has quickness and speed

And they aren't getting drafted high either

So, who goes today? I think Wingo and Jefferson go in the 4th, Speights may go 4th or 5th, Turner maybe 6th rd.

NFL scouts drool over physical stature and big name schools. Maason Smith has been talked about as an early round pick since he was in high school thanks to the recruiting services.

If Wingo is what he can be, he will be a solid journeyman with a long career. If Smtih is what he can be, he will be an All-Pro. The question is whether or not the gamble is worth it. With Jefferson, the Jags are hedging their bet. Jefferson will be a solid start, but not an all-star. If Smith doesn't pan out, the structure of rookie contracts makes it much less of a gamble.

You're not very smart

Trent baalke and pederson aren't listening to Matt house. It has more to do with his size and injury history.

Yeah right. They drafted two of his former players, but they’re not listening to Matt House

My guess is his injury and size, but I would draft him over Maason for sure!

It wasn't hard to see that Smith would go before wingo. I mean there was about a 75 player gap between them, on average, in all of the big board mocks
