What "confession"?!?!

As I said, "for reasons stated earlier." Ask the person who first stated it.

Then what did Aj and crew steal?

I wouldn't call a criminal an animal for reasons I stated earlier. So, I disagree with whoever said it, but maybe for different reasons.

So, was there actually a confession?

The person who first stated it, and the only person who stated it, was CptBengal

He never provided anything remotely resembling a link to a "confession."

A confession means they did, in fact, commit the crime.
He never provided anything remotely resembling a link to this alleged video either.

What they did wasn't exactly the crime of the century but it demonstrated one SERIOUS lack of judgment and intelligence.

I mean for frick's sake, AJ had already filed a report. If he knew his shite was in that residence, there's sort of an easy route to solving the problem.

What in the frick kind of moron takes the, "nah, I'll just break in" route under those circumstances?

I'm letting this one pan out, but stating someone confessed something, when they didn't, could be either libel or slander. I forget which one.

I have not seen any reference to a confession except the bullshite CptBengal has been spewing.

And he sure as shite has not provided any link to a confession.

CptBengal is completely full of shite.

I agree. I don't know how I was different, but I never did that when I was college aged, nor could I see myself doing it.

Do you have a link to a "confession" or not?

You posted an affirmative statement that there is a video of a confession. Do you have a link or not?

No I didnt.

I said they are on video entering the building. True, because all LSU dormitories and apartments are under video surveillance.

FAIL, again. Typical for you, chump.

Why or how would he have a link to evidence?

They were arrested! Somebody confessed something to the cops to get those 3 arrested.

Guess what else, even if Jennings didn't go inside, and just stood outside, he's guilty of the same crime basically.

I read through most of this thread last night but no time to read 20-something additional pages.

Question: Wasn't it reported by the campus police that someone involved damaged the door? Would this be the locked bedroom door and not the door to the residence (apartment, dorm room, whatever)? I'm trying to figure out what has changed since yesterday.
