Leaving Lambeau. Has something to do with spending $3000+ to go up there and watch that crap.

Ditto....Not quite $3k but about $1800 was bad enough!! I said Miles must go at least 1000 times on that long drive home!!

I wasn't really mad coming out of the stadium. We just kept saying that it was more of the same, so unless LSU was going to fire that idiot, there was no reason to be mad about another inept LSU performance.

2009 Ole Miss for me. My family still talks about the viens in my neck popping out I was so mad. The way Miles absolutely lied about his call to ground the ball did it for me. I knew from then that Miles had lost the "umph" he had before.

I'm an Ole Schooler here... LSU vs Indiana Hoosiers 1981 NCAA Final Four tourney... LSU fielded one of their best teams ever and were one game away of making the Championship game... Bobby Knight coached Indiana back then and should have been ejected for throwing a chair across the court and slamming a phone set up on the officials table.... it was a battle until Rudy Macklin got hurt and didn't play the 2nd half where the Hoosiers took over the game and eventually won 67-49 and went on to become National Champs beating North Carolina... after the game Knight met an LSU fan in the hallway who harassed Knight on his way to the elevator.... Knight shoved the fan in a garbage can....

That was my freshman year at LSU and I can still feel the pain. That team was by far the most talented starting five in the country and proved yet again that Dale Brown was one of the worst bench coaches ever.

2014 bama after our kicker kicked it out of bounds.

Such a crappy season couldve been saved by beating bama.

I will take the blame for the 02 Loss to Bama I I left that gamer thinking had a few prominent players over to the apartment that week for study group! They killed my 1/5 of albertsons rum and whiskey and a 12 pack of nattie.
I had to pay my roommate back for one of the 1/5ths- but hey I got an A on that Blue book essay test Friday morning

Yeah, Dale Brown was so bad that he got LSU to 2 Final Fours. Sheesh

Meanwhile, for me, the loss to Ole Miss after the win over #1 UF in '97
And the Capital One last second loss to Iowa after Saban announced he was leaving were the worst.

He could recruit, develop talent and his teams played extremely hard for him. However, he rivaled Les Miles for frick ups on the bench.

To me the championship game was how the first game should have gone. If bama had not missed all those field goals and Reid had not picked that off, bama would have won by the same margin.

Hard to believe this thread is 6 pages long and nobody has mentioned the "Miracle on Markham", 2002 LSU/Arkansas game in LR.

LSU was on the cusp of going to the SEC championship game for the second straight year (would have been 3 in a row and 4/5 through 2005). Up 20-14 with about 1:00 to go and Matt Jones completes back-to-back 40ish yard passes to win 21-20 and win the west.

The Dumb and Dumber Bowl with Dooley and the Vols... although technically it wasn't over when I blew my stack.

2006 Auburn was the worst for me, but there was also the basketball game vs Temnessee in '82 (?). Leonard Mitchell put us up by one with :08 seconds left to go. Vols call time out. After the timeout, the Vols brought the ball up the court, but the clock didn't start until well after they'd crossed midcourt. Vols missed a shot, but it was tipped in at the buzzer which was 5 seconds or so later than it should have been.

Agree 100% That one I block out of my memory! Let's be honest while saban was here we lost a few games on the last play, but man we win that one we in the ship and who knows where we go from there another sugar bowl!

This is such a flawed logic if you actually do some looking into those missed fgs.
3 of those missed kicks wouldve been career long makes for their kicker.
You can't act like career long misses are leaving points on the field.
