That 2023 Championship Game was the most I had ever watched NCAAW to that point in my life. The only time I had watched before that was part of a game because of Seimone Augustus.
Not only because of her, but I'd say she was the main reason. There's definitely validity to that quote. She had a better shooting percentage than Clark, and zero turnovers in that game.

If you assumed no one else ever rebounded their own misses, she would still be second in rebounds (383 to 390) in the WNBA and still first in offensive rebounds (130 to 127).
DIslike the stupid stuff she says. Sure. Admit she is a poor shooter. Absolutely. But let's not pretend she isn't a good rebounder and defender. She is also third in the league in steals.

Neither of these are true. She's certainly not "embarrassed" by her trash talk in the national championship game, and LSU Athletics just posted her 31 pt game on their official social media pages, just like they do for our former football players who do something outstanding in the NFL. So, LSU is CLEARLY not embarrassed in any way by Angel. You, on the other hand, just don't like her....................and that's unfortunate for you.

That’s what marketing people do. Play up the good; ignore/hide the bad. When LSU starts making marketing videos featuring Angel stalking and taunting her opponent, let me know. I’ll bet they won’t, because we were all (everybody except you and Angel) were thoroughly embarrassed by her display at the end of the championship game.
