Guy is gonna be playing both DE positions. Guaranteed Starter. Book it.
It’d be awesome to see him break out this year and come back another year and become a top 3 round pick.

Was he the guy who was carrying bricks around in his backpack last year?

That's great, but can anyone talk Neil Ferrell into coming back?

He’s already said he’s coming back. I think he knows he’s gotta come back to stand a chance of getting drafted. He’s produced some but look at fehoko who went undrafted. Or Ed Alexander in 2018. With a big season next year I think he could become a top 4 rounder just like Rashard Lawrence.

He’s a senior but everyone’s gonna get another year of eligibility per NCAA within the past 48 hours

Still can't understand who he hasn't done anything yet. He wasna monster in that high school AA game and looked like a future star. He's had no off the field problems I've known of either. Hopefully if he does well, he will come back another year.

He was out of position in the 3-4. Moving to the 4-3 should help him a lot he’s a perfect 4-3 end. As someone said he was great in the under armor all American game, he’s got some ability. I think he and Jarrell Cherry both could surprise people now that they’re playing their natural positions as 4-3 ends

If I'm not mistaken Neil had surgery after the championship. If you look at Coach o comments he said he wants Neil back and wants him to get in shape, also talked about how covid hit his family hard.

I'll see it to believe it with Andre, he's been invisible his first 4 years here. Still pretty concerned about the DE position as we just dont seem to have any difference makers there, or difference makers that aren't freshmen like Ojulari.

Yeah, maybe. But good players make it to the field. We've seen great players break out on defense in their last year - Debo Jones and Patrick Queen, for example - but not because of scheme changes.

If you're good at pass rushing you have no problems playing rush OLB in a 3-4 vs. hand down in 4-3, literally the only major difference in your role is hand up vs. hand down. You still get 1 on 1s with OTs regularly. I highly doubt being in a 3-4 is what was holding Anthony back. To me that's just an excuse.

Dude has been non existent since he has been here. I remember him and Thornton filling in for k’von chassion the year he torn his ACL and they had 1 sack between them. Like you said I will believe it when I see it.

We have had players who were number 1 recruit at their position in HS. They hardly started at LSU, Then had long careers starting in the NFL.
Hopefully Anthony will play up to his physical capabilities.
