I think he's a great kicker and said I don't think he's got NFL in his future unless he somehow finds more leg.
The NFL guys are:
A. Kicking kickoffs out of the end zone and
B. Have easily enough range to make 55 yarders and attempt 60+ if absolutely necessary.
I sincerely hopes he makes it though.

Cole will be an NFL kicker for 15 years. You feel like he should never miss when he’s out there and he doesn’t sacrifice any leg strength for accuracy either.

He simply doesn't have the leg strength to succeed consistently in the NFL. His max range of 45 yards won't cut it.

That missed FG against Alabama really stands out to me.

You obviously did not read the thread or my comments. I have nothing against the kid. I appreciate everything he did for the LSU football team and will always appreciate him as a Tiger. I want him to succeed. I worked with the LSU football team and would never knock the hardwork, sweat, blood, and tears they put in for the team. This really had nothing to do with Cole and everything to do with the OP.

Well that’s me, and all I did was post a recruiting web sites opinion...not mine..I said all along I am no expert, I guess you are....so throw Cole under the bus..by the way I also worked with the team..for example I know Cole would eat his lunch in a different seat TS each day...I know he is a great kid and you threw him under the bus..

NFL teams want a K that can handle kickoffs as well
Otherwise the P will have to handle that role
Accuracy wise, Tracy should get a shot somewhere
As most have mentioned, NFL teams want range as well, a lot of chances will come from that longer range 40 out.

You don't speak in absolutes, especially when you don't have any clue about any other kicking prospect outside of LSU. Thinking with emotion and without logic isn't going to go well for you. Tracy has incredible accuracy, but NFL games are won and lost by making 55+ yard field goals. Not his strength.
