Try again.. How about a compliment to the current HC of our Tigers? And a testament to how great of a coach he appears to be.
That’s why I was asking. I’m with you I like seeing him coaching. There are others in this thread that turned it into a bash the previous coaches thread.

Earlier in the week Leach was asked about Kelly. He said one thing he appreciated about Kelly was his interest and involvement in the x's and o's. That he wasn't a head coach in title only.

in late game situations when you need to milk the clock, this shite drives me crazy. have some situational awareness. im confident CBK will get it corrected tho
This even happens on the professional level -- I don't get it either; it seems so obvious. I agree CBK will fix it.
It happens on purpose too. You can really catch the defense asleep in those situations

quote:I thought initially that was a little too micromanagy for my tastes.
I also noticed he was holding up his hand on the last possession of the game; cueing Daniels when to snap the ball -- on the TD run on the previous drive, Daniels snapped the ball with 30 seconds left on the play clock -- it worked out great but I don't think Kelly wanted that.
HOWEVER...
A) He's the coach, that's his job
B) JD had taken recent hits and might have been a little bell rung.
C) It's a way to make sure all, not just JD, are on the same page.
D) It didn't negatively affect a damn thing so why not.
