LSU fans have a well-deserved reputation for engaging in good-natured, though sometimes vulgar, banter with visiting fans, and then treating them to food, drink and great hospitality. As I walked around RV land on Saturday, it was the rare tailgate of more than 5 or 6 people that didn't include at least one person wearing MSU gear. The WVU fans, if they are capable of checking their backwoods egos at the door, will discover this to be the case this week.
WVU, on the other hand, has a reputation for being not only truly rude and crude toward visiting fans, but violent as well. Time will tell whether this is urban--well, boonies--legend, or fact.

I thought the WVU fans would refrain from coach bashing.

Bill Stewart was fired from VMI for N bombing his own players. What a class guy!

he would have been valid if he mentioned the boo birds and mass exodus after half-time. He just sounds like a slightly informed blow hard otherwise.

Tell this butt pirate to geaux ask as many former SEC football players he wants to about playing in BR. He'll find the vast majority of them will say that DV is THE toughest place to play.

Course, we could all go to the game this weekend and have the whole "Death Valley" parking lot to our W-BG-V selves.

This remark shows exactly why this guy is completely full of shite. An empty parking lot? Does he realize that not only do we fill our stadium, but we generally have 20,000+ fans outside the stadium during game time. He has never stepped foot in Tiger Stadium.

If he thinks they can take over the parking lots at tiger stadium, i just say bring it. these are a bunch bumb blue belly's that don't have a clue what they are talking about. so get used to seeing GEAUX they probably shake their car keys at football games .

Hold on a second here. I thought that was a big part of the Deep South confederacy's charm? I thought he was just trying to fit in.
