Alleva threw the Duke Lacrosse team under the bus.

Would be foolish to think any other way

A friend of mine who played football at Duke and the New Orleans Saints told me about Alleva when he heard that we were hiring him as AD. He said,"You will regret it. He is about Joe Alleva and no one else."

Guilty until proven innocent fan huh? I guess I could accuse you of some heinous crime like rape and get your life turned upside-down only to find out it was BS. That seem fair to you?

Or maybe you could get accused of a crime that 100% of the people in your community have been committing for years including 2 or 3 of THE most prominent people, but YOU are the one of the only ones being made an example. And who is making you the example? The guy who's supposed to be your "leadership."

Wade isn't busted yet. If he's busted and there's evidence more than words/suggestions on a phone tap, why suspend and not terminate immediately?

I really don't care at this point regarding his guilt or innocence, but Alleva is NOT handling it well. You don't go half-arse like this and let your employer's brand get dragged through the mud during college basketball's biggest ratings. It's a clown show and Alleva is on center stage again making LSU the joke. Either FIRE WADE NOW and say the evidence was too much or demand concrete evidence before making any changes.

I said it in another post: Alleva's a jellyfish who gets pushed around by the tide and only ruins everything for the people he's closest to.

what Aleeva did at Duke was pathetic.

He and the President of the school boldfaced lied to the media and accused the team of not cooperating with the investigation and used it as justification for firing the coach and cancelling the season.
