I know the typical LSU DAs will have their normal stupid responses, but Alleva being removed as AD today makes the university look incompetent and desperate to the rest of the nation. 

Do I think Alleva should have been removed as AD? Yes, a long time ago, but not today. I have not been a supporter of Alleva, but to dismiss him in the wake of the WW situation isn't right! Alleva did what almost all ADs would have done and that was to protect the university's integrity and reputation. WW deserved to be suspended and he is lucky to have a job today! 

Today's actions give the impression that LSU doesn't care about following the rules and if the big money guys scream loud enough, they will get their way. Heck, why even hire another AD and waste that money! Let's just let the power brokers at the top make all the decisions about everything, since it's apparent that is what is happening! 

The reality is everyone with half a brain knows WW was caught cheating! Period! Had the same conversation been caught with Saban, or any other SEC coach, saying the same things in an FBI investigation, LSU fans would have been in an uproar that he be fired! Period. 

The national sports talk shows are already having a field day and LSU deserves every bit of it. As an LSU fan, I want to win in sports, but I also want to win with integrity! I do not support Alleva being removed today and I warn other LSU fans to be careful what they wish for! 

I think LSU has put themselves in a dangerous situation moving forward. Do we not remember what happened at SMU and FSU when the rich boosters were allowed to run the athletic programs? Today's actions have put a black eye on LSU athletics and they deserve every bit of it. 

WW now has a license to cheat even more and there's not a thing the athletic department can do about it because the big money guys got their wish! So who are you going to blame next time WW gets caught cheating again because there will be a next time? It's sad to see that an institution like LSU, once known for its integrity, has decided that winning at any cost is more important. While most are jumping for joy at the dismissal of Alleva, this is a dark day for LSU athletics! 

OK, all the normal DAs can begin posting their mindless and idiotic responses!

Complete and total dumb a##,all of the info about other Universities coming out with no repercussions. Yet we suspend our coach,did anybody else do that. Hypocritical,and highly suspect NCAA bullcrap,f### all of them. We are not going to be held to a higher standard than the rest of them,just because we are winning,now.
