I understand we are upset with the UF game. But it seems as though Joe exhausted all options, and he had no issues this morning calling out UF AD and the SEC. Ballsy- I love it.

Miles being let go in week 4 was huge, obviously. Lots of national negative pub for that. Joe don't care.

LSU fans normally are calling for his head, at least on this board. But by all accounts I believe he has done his job well as of late. He should not be blamed for this UF game. That is on UF and the SEC, period.

Also, his removal of the Miles clause got LSU Alleva. He turned a bad situation into a good one.

Solid rebounder, that Joe.

I understood the sentiment when Miles was retained and before that with the Chavis debacle.

But I believe he has picked up steam and is making quality moves as of late.

Good timing too, if you catch my drift! Just need a HC. Go get em Joe.

And athletic director with the stature and command of skip Bertman would have this game schedule and played.

Just not true. If anyone should know, it's LSU fans- when your team is the one facing a natural disaster, the ball is in your court.

What would you like him to do? Threaten lives?

I firmly believe he wanted Miles gone last year and there's nothing he could have done with this game. He is doing fine. He is the new fire Javi. King needs to go though.

What has he done to lead you to this conclusion?

Absolutely wanted Miles gone. Plain as day since he would never publically acknowledge anything during all of that.

Then it blew up in his face because of political pressure. Sad that he caught the flack for that IMO.

I assume he feels the same as I do regarding the Miles debacle of 2015. Joe wanted him gone but powers that be nixed it.

Not much you can do when the governor and president of LSU tell you to shut it down. JMO

He gets too much flack for stupid things like schedules and kickoff times getting moved for TV.

Otherwise, he's pretty awful. He's talking all big and bad on Culotta and the Fan this morning with no one listening but LSU fans. He needed to be public on Tuesday, Wednesday, or as soon as the announcement was made. He wasn't. He is a PR disaster.
