Everyone gives him credit for Wade. He had a great hire there. The rest of his tenure has been very unspectacular, along with his time at Duke.

Wade is doing well and seems so far to be a decent hire. The proof will be shown in the next few years. He f’ed up big time with the handling of firing of Miles and hiring O. I like O fwiw.

What you don't know is Wade actually wanted this job, he didn't have to be sought out and convinced to take it.

Maybe that is because Alleva said he was going to rely on Eddie Nunez to run the basketball hire, so he doesnt deserve the credit. With football bumbling Joe was "the search."
