I’m bored working the night shift, help me out with this 2 deep list and let me know who you disagree with. Hardest positions to fill out were linebacker and dline along with Offensive line. We have had a ton of great wide outs, running backs and dbacks, but the Oline never really had stars over the years. Dline was also really not real deep.

I tried my best,

QB-Joe Burrow/Tommy Hudson/Bert Jones
RB-Leonard Fournette/Cannon/Kev Faulk
WR-Jefferson/OBJ/Eric Martin
WR-Wendall Davis/Clayton/Lafell
WR-Reed/Chase/Bowe
TE-David Lefleur/Royal/Dickson
OC-Mawee/Benn Wilkerson/ Cushenberry/
OG-Alan Faneca/Tyler LaFauci/Sid Fournet
OG-Eric Andolsek/Damien Lewis/Peterman
OT- Whitworth/Sid Fournet/Lance Smith
OT-La’el Collins//Dugas/Black
DT-Dorsey/Henry Thomas/Brockers
DT- McFarland/Lavalais/Kyle Williams
DE-Spears/ Estay/ Wiley
Edge-Arden Key/Mingo/Tyson Jackson
LB-Devin White/WCapone/Al Richardson
LB-Micheal Brooks/Bradie James/KevMinter
Nickel-Honey Badger/C.Jones/C Williams
CB-PPeterson/Mo Claiborne/Cassanova
CB-Corey Webster/Stingley/T White
SS-Laron Landry/JRobinson/Jim Cason
FS-Eric Reid/Jamaal Adams/J. Stovall

FB-Jim Taylor/Addai/Tommy Banks lol

KR-Cassonova/Trindon Holliday/Kennison
PR-Cannon/Honey Badger/Skyler Green

K-Cade York/David Browndyke
P-Donnie Jones/ Brad Wing
LS-Blake and Reid Ferguson/ Brian Kinchen

Watchlist players/ Campbell, Perkins and Taylor

I could see Michael Brooks and AJ Duhe replacing James and Minter at LBer.

Not a bad list. Im sure there will be people chiming in on that second QB spot.

Disagree in general on DL not being that deep. Guys like Henry Thomas, Brockers, Wroten and Bennie Logan come to mind.

Arden Key at edge over Tyson (I’d put Tyson behind Spears in your lineup)

Trindon or Kennison at KR over Skyler

Agreed. Can't have a list of WR without Clayton. Great list nevertheless!

Saw the comment about Minter above...quietly one of the most productive LBs we've had at that position. Way to go to even include/mention him.

My god with that Oline and QB why would you not want LF7 as your starting RB?

Man, I had him in, but chose Faulk instead, that’s a tough one, I’m putting him in Kev’s spot

That is one of the best attempts I have ever seen - probably THE best.

Three issues:
1. AJ Duhe was a miss
2. Cushenberry was better than Albergamo. This will be a minority opinion on here, but Albergamo, while good, was way overrated.
3. Damien Lewis is as good of a guard as we have ever had

ETA: I find that when folks do these all-time lists they either have recency bias, or else they overrate some of the old timers. You struck a great balance.

Over Mason or other guy I never heard of, I’m just putting in LeFleur, I think his son will be great too

Penrod, I’m 40 and I honestly never heard of some of the older guys and plugged in people you said. I had read an article that Nacho was best center in LSU history
