Wendell Davis deserves to be in the conversation. If he hadn't screwed up BOTH knees on the same play in Philadelphia, he would probably be on the list without question.
It's only a matter of time before Bowe is on top of the list.

False, Tory James played a few years with Steve Atwater and the Broncos. Mark Roman never played for the Broncos. He was a Bengal, Packer and Niner

Nice work!
Random observation: LSU has not produced that many top quality pro TE's. I like the Cannon selection because it gets him on the list and he was a more productive pro than some people realize, although he was only great for a short time largely due to injury (from what I have read). Otherwise, you have David LaFleur - excellent blocker who struggled with injuries and never became a top quality receiving TE - and Royal who has actually been a pretty good TE for some years now. I would put Robert Royal on teh list if you had a second team TE.

NT Henry Thomas
DT Fred Miller
DT Leonard Marshall
With all the talent that has come through LSU in the past 10 years on the defensive line you would think we would produce some pro bowlers.

TE Brian Kinchen

Kinchen played a long time in the league, but I think a lot of that was as a deep snapper. would be interested to see a comparison of Kinchen's reciving stats to Royal's (just not interested enough to look them up
)

Left Tackle - Ralph Norwood
Dude was a quick, overpowering dominant beast. He died way too early.

Where is Steve Van Buren?
He still has some Pro team records. Many didn't know Steve was born in Honduras.

I appreciate all the feedback.
On the LINK on my original post is the CarAV column (Career Approximate valve). If you sort the list by this column, you get a pretty good list, especially at the top. The second team gets a little tougher and I used some discretion in bumping a few guys up.
This entire exercise shows how difficult it is picking an all-time team for a successful program. I imagine picking a U of Miami NFL team would be even tougher.

TE Brian Kinchen
Greg Lafleur. Played many years for the St. Louis Cardinals. Malcolm Scott was destined for greatness at TE until his weed habit got him booted from the NY Giants.
I'd also like to add Lance Smith to the OL. He, too, played forever with the Cardinals.
