Added Jefferson to claim 985 for St. Charles parish unless it can be established they grew up in St. Rose which is 504.

Great list from 337. Only others that I can think were well before my time but heard them talked about.
Kevin Guidry - CB Started three or four years (Lake Charles). Drafted in 3rd round; played two seasons in NFL
Tommy Casanova - DB 2x All-American, 2nd round draft pick. All-Pro one season and 3X Pro Bowl (Crowley)
Brad Boyd - TE , All-SEC. LSU career TD reception leader by a TE for about 30 years. May still be tied. Drafted by Detroit Lions (Jennings).
