I read somewhere that some Fluker dude was involved and that their might be some sales slips for purchases. Not sure where I read that though.

I prefer when Haha Clinton-Dix received hundreds of dollars from a coach, which turned into a "loan" when they got caught.
Or the felony charges that evaporated to keep Cam Robinson eligible, because he wasn't in the air conditioning.

The sooner everyone realizes it, the sooner something might be done about it.
I don't care if the FBI came in and basically ruined the conference for a while including my own school. The sport needs a reset; and no this isn't just sour grapes from a UT fan.

The answer to your question, at its basic level, is Alabama wanted to be successful in football at any cost and hired the best coach available. Not only is Saban the best coach in America, he is also very close friends with the president of the NCAA (Emmert.) Also they have an entire state that is complicit with whatever it takes to win. Politicians, business owners, boosters etc everyone is all in.
Compare all this to the administrative disaster you have at LSU, that is divided in pretty much every aspect, and you have the difference.

We recruit the same exact way Bama does.. It's just that our compliance department is extremely "self destructive" plus we don't have the advantage of showing off 72 national championships.

Reminds me of something my Dad used to always say: "Dont tell me about the Labor, show me the baby."
The NCAA doesnt want to know how Bama gets its results. They are the biggest cash cow in the sport and the current Dynasty. They cant expose their biggest current success story as a fraud. That is not good for business. Fans need to understand, its no longer a pure passion sport. Its one of the biggest sports business in the world and will be managed as such. NCAA will persecute issues it has to, like Penn st etc, but its gonna sweep away everything it can related to the current big names.

LSU could very easily get away with the same questionable admissions issues. They choose to be over the top proactive on self enforcement. Goes back to what I said previously, LSU is not as committed to winning at all costs. If they were, Bo Bahnsen would not be employed at LSU.

Look Nick Saban doesn't violate NCAA rules on recruiting, but he dwells in that gray area. He negative recruits most prospects especially when it comes to LSU! Bama doesn't care about if a player is attending class, what type of grades he's making and when was the last time one was removed for flunking out of school? When was the last time a bama player was removed for smoking dope? Why so many ex bama players flunk drug tests in the NFL?

why do I have to search it? I am not the one who investigates alleged wrong doing by athletic departments at colleges.
I am sure any concrete information you have on this would be welcomed by the NCAA.
