i think it was randomly between innings at some point. It didn't seem tied to a specific thing.

I guess he may have got ejected to protect Jay from the ump.
The ump would not stop staring at Jay.

That was where I saw it. I went back and looked. The story checked out, but they didn't show the lead up.

I saw the ump toss someone in the dugout, but wasn’t aware it was Brown.
Looked like the Chief went out to confirm who it actually was to the home plate umpire.

Yeh I saw the ump run over and point and jake took his hat off and smiled and immediately ran to the clubhouse, I think the rule states if he got bounced then he can’t be in the dugout tonight “last midweek game after his finals today”, not saying it was planned but if so, 1000 IQ move
