BOS voting records should be public
That's not how it works in executive session. Those are 100% private meetings.

Here's the thing. JJ lost 7+ Conference games 10 out of 11 years at North Texas. JJ only won his Division at North Texas ONCE in 11 years, not even the Conference, just the Division.
JJ was fired as an assistant at LSU in 90s and basically was responsible for the fall that happened afterwards.
JJ should've NEVER been hired at LSU.

If somebody disagrees with you about something in life would you disown them? That’s basically what you’re saying here. Getting a group of people to unanimously agree on something isn’t an easy thing to do

I agree, but at the time he had the endorsement of Shaq and Dale Brown. So he was hired.

Want to bet it's the leftover Jindal appointees still on the BOS?
I love how you've claimed to look past the R or D behind a person's name yet you constantly try to place all blame on Jindal.

I am a realist. I see where Jindal inherited a $2 billion state surplus and in 8 years upon leaving office it was a $2 billion deficit. Yet people like you browned your nose with Jindal. The truth is JBE had to clean up Jindal's mess. Ask the Group Benefits Healthcare fund members and other agencies about Jindal robbing from Peter to pay Paul. Underfunding state pensions, agency funds, and taking away surpluses built up to pay retiree benefits. Cutting higher education, etc. Please explain to me and others here, just how great Jindal was as governor again.

You're just a phony. You've blamed Republicans for everything. The next time you are critical of a Democrat will be the first.
Don't claim to be a realist while only attacking one side.

I'm still waiting for your positive Jindal side. Let's hear it. State/make your case.

Lots of talk abut getting rid of those / these board members. Consider that they are political appointees, JBE has his members already in place & unless the polls change, he will get to appoint another group.

I didn't claim he was great, dumbass.

Advocate - Not all Board members were supportive of the decision to remove Alleva.
If they all always agreed with each other then we should reduce the number of board members.

Here's a fact for you: Since 1996, 23 years, in LA Republican governors have served 16 years and Dems have served 7, it will be 8 when JBE finishes this term. So who's to blame for your troubles, problems, and our state's.
Posted on 4/18/19 at 10:51 am to LSUgrad1998
You're just further proving my point
And don't think I didn't notice your arbitrary cut off of 96 that would maximize the R years. Do it again starting from '84. Or basically all of the 20th century. LA has had a D governer way more than an R, but I'm guessing you don't like that fact.

Just asking you to defend your statements, and you can't.

Link to me claiming Jindal was great and I'll be happy to defend it.

My point is a Conservative Republican governor spent $4 billion in 8 years. Sheesh!!!!!!

Why start in 1996? LA's problems started long before that and EWE and the Longs being corrupt socialist democrats are a big reason why

We all know why.
3 Republican governers since 1900, but they are the only ones to blame for this state's issues
So says the realist.

Under EWE, we had all thre oil and gas revenue to spend. Let the Good Times Roll. I started with Foster(R) whom served honorably and without scandal. Blanco left Jindal a surplus and he blew it. Now JBE is digging La out of a hole and gets criticized for problems he didn't make or create.
