Why would any business give Adam Miller a nickel?
He hasn’t played in over a year and 99 percent of fans couldn’t pick him out of a lineup.
Just shows that NIL is just legalized cheating.
Except for a few elite players, they have no advertising value. Zero.

I’m not getting my hopes up. Jamie Dixon coached Adam Miller’s USA U19 team last summer, and Miller won MVP of the tournament.
They have an existing relationship. Pretty sure he put the LSU logo to create suspense. I sure hope I’m wrong though!

90+% of nil is just a way to pay the players legally now. This has been set up for the 2 sports that matter (football and men's basketball). The other 10% (for the minor sports) I would imagine ARE being used for an ROI by local businesses. But this is predominantly nothing more than legalized cheating now. I can't believe anybody would think otherwise.

I've been saying for years, while this issue was debated, that college athletes have virtually zero marketability.
With the exception of the elite players that come about, Joe Burrow types, no one gives a shite about college athletes from an advertising perspective.
The idea that there was this untapped treasure-trove of advertising dollars out there was always bullshite.

At Illinois his 3 point percentage was 34%. His FT percentage was 68%.
Get out of here with the he is an elite shooter BS.
For comparison Darius Days’ 3 point percentage this year was 35% and his FT percentage was 70%.
