One of the greatest atmospheres I've been a part of in TS. Props to everyone in there, this crowd was electric

I am so beat right now, my ears are ringing, I have a headache, my throat is raw, I sound like a frog, and it's awesome.

Like Georgia 2003, I felt the crowd was all in, was willing the team to victory, never lost faith, and stayed at steady jet-engine level every single Carolina possession.

It was magic from start to finish. I hope the players felt the love.

It was amazing! I found a ticket in the grass when I was tossing a football in the morning. By the time I got to the front of the line I realize my ticket was destroyed in my pocket and was unscannable. I was screwed.. On my way out of line a guy behind me happened to have a spare ticket and handed it to me. I hugged him before even saying thanks.

The south endzone was great! Folks tried to sit down andgo quiet when SC made good passes. I wasn't having it! I kept screaming every defensive down and got others around me pumped too! Last night was magic, and I can't wait until I can talk again.

According to The Advocate, LSU had 60 recruits on hand last nite. This is what many of us "oldtimers" have been bitching bout: our fans can make a huge difference, in the game & in recruiting, when they're not worried bout getting stuck in post game traffic or catching a few more drinks at their tailgate. Last nite was what The Bear used to hear & made him praise TS so much; what made the S.Cal player mock N.D. stadium in comparision, what helped when the J.Hester game against Fla, etc etc.

I was there w/my family. My 13 yr old son was eating it up! Neither of us can talk today! Lol. I haven't made many LSU games, but from what I am reading, last night was a special place night re:the noise level. I am thrilled my son got to experience that.

the mystique of Tiger Stadium at night was alive last night. The players feed off the electricity and energy...I was at UF in the Swamp last week and likewise UF players fed off their crowds energy as well.

Your welcome Tigers...that's all I have to say

For those that were wondering, we spelled, "DON'T GET TOO COCKY!" With lightning bolts as spaces lol...

From where I was in the student section, it looked like the recruits were trying to pump up the crowd too. Can't imagine a better atmosphere to experience a game for those guys

Was there. Glorious. Made me proud to be alumni. Students were absurdly loud. Going in the books as one of the best nights in Tiger Stadium for me

The students were great tonight except for one retarded frick up which was trying to start the wave down 14-13 in the 4th. Seriously. Wtf. We don't need to do the wave every game.

I killed that stuff quick...got up on the wall and yelled at em lol.

You should do that any time the wave is started. There is no place for the wave at Tiger Stadium at ANY time.

Some athlete actually told me to start the wave when the score was 10-14. I told him, "You obviously don't understand that we are losing at the moment and you never do the wave in TS unless you are up by 50..."

Agreed.

Yet, there's probably someone in the Admin that thinks the wave is a cool idea because it's done in other venues. They probably think we should synchronize it with piped-in music (hope I didn't give'em any ideas).

I still don't think you even do it then. The wave is for shitty teams when it's the most exciting part of the game for their fans.

I was there last night with my 12 yr old son. He was with me for Auburn last year. He said he couldn't believe how much louder last night was compared to last year. I told him that this is the legend of TS you have heard about. Never forget it!! I still have no voice and I have a classroom of 4th graders to teach tomorrow. This is gonna be fun....it was so worth it!!!

I can't count how many times I almost passed out mid-scream!. No need for oxygen til the play is over!
