Gibbs is a great back but he makes hard cuts. A wet field would limit his cutting ability.

The same issue for Bryce Young during a scrambling drill.

I feel like Daniels and our RBs (except for Emery) are more north south runners.

spy his arse at times like we did etienne in the natty. contain the QB like we did tranny lawrence. trust the DBs with their WR's.

zone blitz our arse off. cover zero man blitzes will be risky but mix it up. use safety and corner and LB blitz packages. over loads, the works.

bryce is great on ad lib plays. have to get after him and hope everybody else can hold up.

Heavily? Didn’t Alabama just have 29 rushing yards against Mississippi State? Am I missing something?

I don't see it. Alabama offense relies a lot more on passing this season than running. Rain (with wind) limits passing.

Even with rain I believe the field will be in good condition and the equipment team will have the players equipped with the proper cleats.

We can’t control the weather, can we all agree to shut up about rain and a wet field until Friday?

Disagree. We have two power backs. Gibbs is a great back, but he makes cuts with his quick feet. Wet field limits him. He does not like to pound it between the tackles. Gibbs loves the swing pass. We have AG and JW both run with power straight up the field along with Cain. Plus JD5 will tuck it and run also. He is our leading rusher. He will give Bama fits all day. He is sneaky fast to. Plus our receivers are better and deeper. Wet field is a push here. I like our three backs. Plus AG is has fresh legs and ready. Bamas OL is not as good as our OL. Our OL is strong and conditioned. Bama is not pushing people around late in the 4th. LSU's line gets stronger. We have a great shot in this game. This BAMA team is not as good as last years team. Keep it close to the 4th and our conditioning wins.

This is the game time forecast:

Need to defer until second half if we win the toss. The storms will be moving out by halftime.

Negative. Levels bamas east west ability and levels the game to who makes the least turnovers

Gibbs is going to be a problem wet or dry.

I'd argue over the OL advantage.

I think it affects both teams equally. This isn't Bama with Derrick Henry running the ball.
