Yeah not really but seriously it seems like everyone who goes to practice (including former players) is saying that Brennan is a distant 3rd. And nuss getting injured just means that Daniels is getting all of those 1st-team reps. I’d say he should go ahead and enter the portal so that he can play but apparently it’s too late even though he’s a grad. I guess he’s not getting that storybook ending that we all were hoping for…

Even if that were possible, how the frick is he going to learn a playbook and be effective in three weeks?

Why do you want him to enter the portal? I want the depth. Myles would be the best 3rd string QB in the nation.

it's college, it ain't rocket surgery.

They can have him learn a smaller number of plays to start, and then increase as the season goes on.

Dude this is his last chance. He has a better shot of making the league by going elsewhere than riding the bench. I mean come on look at it from a player’s perspective.

Myles getting Hurt is a major factor for this year. He is not the future. If he would have played the last 2 years. This could be a different deal. But we have very talented young QBs who have played more in the last 2 years than Myles.

You'd have to have basically no one at quarterback for that to even be an option.

that's quite selfish of you. If Myles rides the bench, his eligibility is gone and he started all of 3 games in his career.

Maybe we hope he gets a chance to play, if he transfers (if he even can do that now). I don't think he'll be the starter here.

Well southern miss is playing a RB at QB so I hope that answers your question. No one said power 5.

This is pure speculation but is the shuffling due to maybe Coaches being a little leary of o-line and want a guy that can move out of the pocket and create something? We all know Myles is a statue back there. Don't really care who the starter is just want the guy that gives us the best chances to win.

you don't think a QB can learn enough plays in 3 weeks to function??? I admit, it's less than ideal, but it's not rocket science.
