LSU beat Bama ON THE FIELD.
OSU deserved a chance against #1, just like Bama had already gotten and blown.

Exactly.
Since when do we compare losses to determine BCS ranking? Oh yeah, last year because that was an excuse for Bama. OSU actually won their conference. And while being a conference champion isn't the only reason, they didn't lose to a team in their own division, at home.

It sucks, but they came to play when it mattered. We beat them once, we were certainly capable of beating them again

How do you know Bama was better? Anyone in their right mind will tell you that they think Bama was better.... But why? Bc they're SEC? Bc it's saban? Bc they beat... Uh, penn state?
The same people pimping Bama and their easy road were denying Boise state bc they didn't play anyone. How did anyone know Boise was overhyped? They hung like 40 on everyone they played.

Well, Florida will at least be a conference division winner if that happens.
And I will be saying advantage LSU.
I dont care who we have to beat in a BCSCG as long as we get there, but that doesn't mean I can't see who has the advantage in such a game and who doesn't.

Well its an imperfect system. Ideally I think Bama and OSU should have played a play in game, but that's not the system.
And for everyone talking about "our opinion" didn't the computers have Bama ahead too?
ETA: actually OSU was, but not by much (.950-.930)

This is not the NFL witha playoff, take that weak argument out of here.
Let me know when two teams from the same division of the NFL play in the Super Bowl, and then you can use this argument.

they were the right choice, and they won the game. it hurts but that's how it is. giving the showing LSU made, if there was any team that warranted questions, it would be LSU.
