The greatest (arguably) team in college football history beat Bama by 5 points in 2019.

In 2020, Bama reloaded while we unloaded. Only way we win in 2020 is a Bama forfeit—/So there’s 8-2.

No. Because we lost 24 studs, and the 2018 class, which is the class that should replace them, sucked. And it’s going to take 5 or 6 games to develop the young guys.

I agree. How the mighty have fallen... We need to hire young studs for coaches, not old retreads. I do not understand why all of our head coaches historically do that.

5-5 if coaches, defense and Brennen figure it out!

Despite the ugliness on Saturday, I think we still beat Auburn and Texas A&M. I think Bama beats us by 40, and Florida wins by 7-10 points.

Not. Lack of experience/youth.

Without huge improvement we will be fortunate to be 6 and 4. Most likely 5 and 5. We have recovered in the past to really bad starts. But the schedule included three or four easy games.

7-3 is what we’re striving for now. Anything better than that is pretty unrealistic.

Bama is going to be an ugly game. Same with Florida if we can't figure it out on defense.

They’re saying Trask is this year’s Burrow.

NO way! I hate to say it, but if we don't see major improvement against Vandy then we could just as easily lose that one also. I'm not sure how much other football you watched this weekend, but this year there won't be ANY easy wins. I'm not saying we won't win any games. But many of the bottom dwellers played a lot better than we did in their debuts.

I'd like to think the first game was an anomaly and we're really a great team. But, I seriously doubt a great team would have that much going wrong for it. But I'm hopeful we don't get embarrassed again and again. I'm always rooting for my Tigers to win.

Bwahahahahaha

Let me count the ways:
Inexperienced roster
Defense
Lack of offensive identity
Indecisive skill player rotation (who’s the “go to” back/playmaker?)

My fear is the post illustrating all the wide open receivers that Brennan literally froze up on. Need to move on to one of the freshman QB’s if we lose another game.
