This makes me think the whole thing is bull shite.
Guice is a sleazeball, and whether this particular incident happened as the lady said it did or not, Guice is still a bad guy. And I think many people around the program knew it.

I have no reason to doubt her story, if true Guice can go screw himself.

Now maybe she didn't really pursue it with an attorney, which I think is understandable for an elderly person. But to say she couldn't find an attorney to represent her is a fricking lie.

Guice is completely, mentally unstable. What a fricking sicko. That’s someone’s Grandmother.

So this is a 74-year-old woman who is supposed to be a security guard, traumatized by lewd and suggestive comments, the likes of which and much worse can regularly be seen on tv and in movies every day? Really?
Posted on 3/26/21 at 2:25 pm to The Pirate King
I wonder how Coach O would even hear about the incident and identify the woman and as well as get her number if the police didn't even file a report.

what a fricking weirdo wtf

Imagine if Guice met up with a 74 year old Raquel Welch.
The implications would be endless.

Exactly. This just seems weird.

Guice is a piece of shite. Also, no 74 year old woman should be having to work security. What exactly is she going to do besides call someone if something happens?
I could be wrong but that could include people operating elevators or letting people in and out of suites and club levels. We wondered into the suite level for the national championship game so security probably isn’t great. At least she is working.

This is a strange case. On one hand, Guice really didn't violate any laws, outside of maybe disturbing the peace, which is a misdemeanor. That is why NOPD didn't care. This has nothing to do with them.
The fact that no news organizations or attorneys would listen to her makes me think they sniffed out some major discrepancies that made it not worth it, even though it would've been a massive story.
This will be interesting to follow.

She requested he not be allowed to play in the Citrus bowl but Ausberry and Segar later told her "that would never happen"
I kinda find this hard to believe. I am not justifying what Guice said but I just can't imagine a 74 year old woman requesting this, when talking to Coach O.

Thanks to the Husch Blackwell report we don't have to wonder.
From page 100 found here: LINK
quote:
In an interview with Husch Blackwell, Head Coach Orgeron denied having any direct communications with the
alleged victim, stating that “[Segar] told us about the incident” and that Segar, Ausberry, and the University’s “Taylor Porter attorney” “did an investigation.” Orgeron was “not sure what happened.”
So from O's own mouth, he did know about the incident.
I think the key here is this phrase:
quote:
Head Coach Orgeron denied having any direct communications with the
alleged victim
LSU repeated that in their statement today.
It is a curious phrasing. Not "any communications whatsoever" but "any direct communications".
It's entirely possible that O spoke only with her supervisor (as she reported per the SSA incident report) which would mean technically he never spoke directly to the alleged victim.
quote:
She reported to her supervisor and that person called the Coach at LSU
LSU's attorney Decuir said today that he'll follow up with Coach O about this but I doubt anything comes of this.
Posted on 3/26/21 at 2:48 pm to The Pirate King
So she spoke to tons of people unaffiliated with LSU, that in fact LOVE to do things to negatively impact LSU, such as the newspapers and police, yet none of them believed her or thought she had enough of a story/proof to run with it.
Guice is a nut obviously, but this story isn't going to take down LSU. It just looks bad because of the other stuff.

Cue Mascona's obnoxious "CAAATTTTTLLLIIICCCKKKKK HIGH!"
In all seriousness, Guice is probably mentally challenged. That, or he's a a fricking whackjob.
Needless to say, another embarrassing representation of LSU...

LSU's lawyer Winston Decuir: "We will speak to Ms. Scott and speak to Coach O and we’ll get you an answer.”
KCP: "And if he lied?"
Decuir: "If he lied, we’ll deal with Coach O.”

Douche bag Mascona did a high pitched rant about Guices draft fall being unwarranted. Lol
