Let’s talk about the nuts on Nuss!

4th & 5 with less than a minute on the clock. He had a few more plays if he wanted to, but this dude decided to drop his nuts all in the Rebels face by throwing a perfect TD pass to AA.

Then, his very next throw was a perfect TD to win it in OT!

Nuss didn’t play well, but he showed the country something Saturday night.

That’s how legends are made.

Defense put him in a position to win the game and he took advantage.

It would have been very easy to wilt under the pressure

Also the 3rd and 10 to Mason Taylor. That was a Burrowesque play.

Nuss is the real deal. I've been saying it all year - something special.

When Ole Miss couldn't get a play off in OT because of the noise and had to kick the long fg, I looked over to my son and said "we're about to get a walkoff td".

Like they said in the post game show, one of his best attributes is his ability to flush things and keep working. I hope we get him for one more year.

Agreed, b/c the footwork out of the pocket made that play

His lone run for a first down could be the most important play for the season. Of course he followed that up with an air ball INT, but if they can come to some sort of agreement on the showing of his mobility, it will open up the passing lanes and this team's chances of a playoff game

I know the 2 predecessors were Burrow and JD and thats a tough follow.

But Nuss is everything you want in a college QB. just a dog. Has the ability to make every play and the nuts to get it done.

You want a dude that you believe can get it done in big moments and thats what we have.

If you go back and look, that was a hell of a catch by Taylor. Not everyone makes that catch.

Guy was all over him.

I've always believed in nuss but he has a lot to clean up. He has to fix his feet.

He will never get to where he wants to be till he does that. Balls were sailing on him because he backs up and throws off his back foot.

One thing about nuss is he will never quit and he always believes he can win the game. You Have to love that. Like you said, he has all the tools needed to win.
