4 things for LSU softball to improve on in the offseason.

1. Find a new lead off hitter
2. Become more disciplined at the plate.
3. Tighten up the infield defense.
4. Teach Griggs how to fricking smile properly.

Have more field awareness. Seems like every game I watched this year a girl would make an out and stand there like she won an award as base runners advanced. They are young though they should be dominant the next couple of years.

I don't watch much softball but have enjoyed these last few games.. Even found my usual anger that made me realize That I cared about the outcome.. 
I was about fed up with the Michigan pitcher getting all those high and outside calls while we didn't seem to get them..

Definitely agree on all points except for number 4. I think Griggs is insanely attractive.

I don't watch much but it's LSU so I have an interest. Griggs smiles like she has a gun pointed at her.

Griggs or Bourg can lead off
Figure out what is going on with Jaquish. That late season slump really hurt.
Just keep working, the things that went wrong late in the season are directly related to being a young team. IMO we will see a huge improvement next year that is scary when you consider how good they were this year.
Leave Griggs alone, she is awesome and will be one of the future leaders of the team.

Teach Bell how to charge a ball at shortstop and tighten up the infield defense and we will be fine.

She does seem to play a little far back. Maybe it was because she is not a true shortstop and this gave her more time to react.

I don't care what anybody says, but Bianka Bell is a TERRIBLE fielder. She has no awareness of certain situations going on during the game. She needs to badly improve that part of her game next year.
