we lost to the #4 ranked team on the road by 7 points. It happens. Your ignorant assumptions are just that...ignorant. Grow up some and gain some wisdom and maturity along the way.

So tired of hearing these excuses. I am not assuming that this team has not improved all season long....it is a fact. 8 games in and we still can not take advantage of great field position.

Even if we didn't improve, which isn't the case, we still played one of the best teams in the nation close on the road. This should mean that we go 3-1 the rest of the way. Right? Or are the other teams all of a sudden going to improve significantly?

No, it doesn't. We play 3 more offenses that will be the best we've seen all season outside of Auburn. Bama's defense is a lot like Auburns but actually forces more turnovers and they have a more dynamic offense that can both pass and run. We are not going to just win that game because we played hard and close at auburn.

Arkansas's defense is about the same as Auburn's and offense is just as dangerous. PERIOD.

Ole Miss while sucking has weakness at DB. We couldn't even pass on the 2nd worst defense backfield in the SEC, so why should we be able to against them?

This team could go anywhere from 4-0 to 1-3 the next 4 and that is assuming they don't some how screw up the ULM game.

Very true. I just don't have faith in Les Miles any more.

There were tons of topics about it, and apparently Jindal asked them to not try it given the economy and how it would "look" for the state.

It was basically a bunch of big wigs in the Monroe area. I don't have a link, but it's been discussed on here a ton.

Me and a couple of members in my family belong to TAF. We were NEVER approached in any way, shape, or form to contribute anything monetarily to buy out Les Miles contract. FWIW, there are not too many big wigs in the Monroe area. The majority of the big time contributers come from the New Orleans area.
