I'm going to watch for this at the game tomorrow night.
Don't miss it. It's really subtle.

I wonder what goes through an LSU 3rd basemans mind when he walks out and stands next to that number.
And I agree a number quietly drawn in the dirt is a very baseball like honor

Someone with clout needs to suggest to the powers that be that they add "31" next to "LSU" on the bag at 3rd base in the box.

No need to do any more than what is already done.

Perhaps I was reading too much into it, but when the cameras scanned the players watching the video, it seemed to me that Raph was almost in a trance he was so caught up in it. But as emotional as fans get over it, I cann't begin to comprehend how tough it is for the family, regardless of how many times they've seen it and/or how long it's been. My heart goes out to all of them. When reading stories of the POS's, the agents, the raw greed by all parties, WP's story is what college sports is really supposed to be all about.

Well said.

I was a young teen and remember being in a cab while the cab driver listened to Buddy D or Hokie (not sure honestly) talk about it.
One of those unfortunate memories that gets etched into your brain.
