Well go settle your differences with Orgeron face to face. Stop preaching here like a pussy.

the thing about that is,

sure, he probably can kick a lot of the board's asses in a fight. He's not paid to be a brawler, he's paid to coach and win games. Pushing me over a table doesn't win a game.

Whoever the coach is, I want that fricker to have the answers to the hard questions. That's what he's paid for.

I watch O get redfaced and blustery at a spring training press conference, and that tells me that this mofo doesn't have any answers, he's having to resort to being intimidating.
Spring, not even gameweek.

We've seen him get pissy a lot. I want to see him have a fricking response, on and off the field, that shows he knows what to do.

that goes without saying

during the last regime not winning a sec road game by enough points was unacceptable.

the goalposts for O havent been moved, theyve been torn and melted down.

the O supporters are likely all welders anyway so they will just make a new one for him.

Hang on there a minute my friend. I've worked with welders my entire adult life. Just because we might all be low IQ blue collar workers, doesn't make us all stupid enough to support someone like o.

Give some of us a little credit, please.

Rickdaddy, You responded to my post but did not address the points. Odd.

You’re adumbration of stats is an excellent riposte to the oft-made point that Miles sucked, but it is lame when comparing Miles to Saban.

Miles tenure at LSU probably produced much better results than Saban’s first four years at Bama. During those four years, Saban was accelerating the program.

Think of two train engineers. The first takes over a stationary locomotive and spends two hours accelerating it to 60 miles per hour. The second takes over the speeding locomotive and maintains it for two hours.

I’m then arguing with Rickdaddy who has an avalanche of statistics pointing out that the second engineer’s average speed was higher than the first’s. I know that. Irrelevant!

He didn't really restock that talent until 2009, 10 and 11 and then had some recruiting classes full of holes in the most important positions. DL, OL, QB, and LB.

another dumbass post full of shite. Look at the number of Olinemen alone that left during O’s first offseason. That INCLUDED HIS STARTING RIGHT TACKLE! He has zero attention to detail like how his players are doing off the field.

He has NEVER recruited a Top 10 class as a head coach. EVER!
Oh yeah , those defensive linemen he recruited that never played were Miles fault I suppose.

GTFO of here with that same old bullshite.

Perennial loser.

May I ask how. Never said we didn't have great players. Saying not enough of them at one time. List you posted there wasn't all that . Clap hell yeah, Boutte couldn't block my out of shape arse. Come on. You come on here and make some good points but then when somebody don't agree with all your points you turn into that LSU fan that turns on its young. All of us have opinions . I do agree with most of yours but some not so much. That list is the whole roster of big ugglies guess they all are all world. OK!

The lost to Moo State was because we didn't have any depth behind the key starters that were out for that game. Unless you want to believe that Dave Aranda is a piss poor DC. And it wasn't O who created that lack of depth problem, but it was O who inherited that situation from Les Miles.

It was Dline. We didn’t have any Dline man.

Wanna guess who was the Dline coach and recruiting coordinator that couldn’t land Marvin Wilson, Phidarian Mathis, Isiah Buggs, Ed Oliver, Raekwon Davis, Kendall Jones and Cece Jefferson?

We lost the Notre Dame bowl Game only because of a lucky fluke play on the last play of the game, just like the N.O. Saints lost that playoff game to Minnesota on a lucky fluke play on the last play of the game. Nevertheless, everyone could see LSU had the better team on the field that day.

Ok. So we had the better team and lost the game. Why did you want miles fired again? We lost because O decided to grow a pussy on 4th and 1.

We had some make believe QBs, WRs were young, OL was weak, DL was worse, and we didn't have LBers to speak of.
#1) He sure did address that QB position. What’s the recruits name that he signed?

WRs were young
Starting 2 WR’s were Seniors, including DJ Chark who is gonna get drafted in the top 40 picks.

DL was worse
Are you fuching serious? Wanna know who was responsible for that?

we didn't have LBers to speak of.
Just the one who had 133 tackles and won SEC POW a record number of times.

But the big uglies were never SEC worthy. Don't get me wrong we had some big ugglies but not nearly enough.
I see you're still arguing this opinion, so I took the time to list Miles' offensive line recruits (big uglies as you call them) since 2011.

2011
La’el Collins - 5 star, 3 nationally ranked

2012
Vadal Alexander - 4 star, 162 nationally ranked
Derek Edinburgh - 4 star, 283 nationally ranked
Jerald Hawkins - 4 star, 353 nationally ranked

2013
Ethan Pocic - 4 star, 57 nationally ranked
Josh Boutte - 4 star, 155 nationally ranked
Fehoko Fanaika - 4 star, 132 nationally ranked

2014
Garrett Brumfield - 4 star, 103 nationally ranked
Will Clapp - 4 star, 247 nationally ranked

2015
Maea Teuhema - 5 star, 37 nationally ranked
Toby Weathersby - 4 star, 103 nationally ranked
Chidi Valentine-Okeke - 4 star, 104 nationally ranked

2016
Donavaughn Campbell - 4 star, 140 nationally ranked
Willie Allen - 4 star, 183 nationally ranked

2017
Players committed to LSU prior to Les Miles’ dismissal:
Austin Deculus - 4 star, 48 nationally ranked
Edward Ingram - 4 star, 201 nationally ranked

He did a great job recruiting some highly nationally ranked talent to LSU. I realize a lot of these guys didn't turn out to be as great as we had hoped, but don't act like Miles just took a year off here and there recruiting "big uglies."

Now, lets take a look at Ed O's "big uglies"

2017
Players committed after the hiring of Ed O
Saahdiq Charles - 4 star, 262 nationally ranked
Seth Stewart - 3 star, 738 nationally ranked

2018
Badara Traore - 4 star, JUCO 6 nationally ranked
Damien Lewis - 3 star, JUCO 59 nationally ranked
Cameron Wire - 3 star, 429 nationally ranked
Cole Smith - 3 star, 434 nationally ranked

Judging off 247 national rankings, I see a drop off in Ed O's big uglies. Hopefully, James Cregg can develop talent a hell of a lot better than Grimes.
