I have my concerns with O and try to keep an open mind in that he has learned from his past. I consider the article to be more of an opinion than facts on the outcome of our season. The media tends to hype Mississippi State but they have a unproven head coach yet they feel as if Mullen left him a 3 deep roster of 5 star recruits equivalent to Bama and Saban.

You guys really think Miles left roster full of stars. If true why did we look so crappy and he get fired. Think about it year before he would had been fired if he didn't beat A@M which really wasn't that big of a feat. Talent had gone down year to year for a while. My opinion. We all have them.

What evidence points to him learning from his past though? If anything he has repeated some of the most critical mistakes from his past yet again.

Talent yes Not as much as years before. Miles always had the best playmakers But the big uglies were never SEC worthy. Don't get me wrong we had some big ugglies but not nearly enough. How many times did Miles change a defensive lineman in HS into Offensive lineman once he got on campus.

I think you will really see just how far the acceptable win total has fallen when LSU wins that 6th or 7th game and we see just how many people start pumping their chests about how they exceeded expectations. It's going to shocking IMO.

There were 5 draftees in 2016 and 8 in 2017 and 6 of the 2017 class was drafted in the first three rounds... If that isn’t chock full of stars then I don’t know what your looking for...

I think we’ve had those players if you look at the NFL rosters but I will say that he hasn’t recruited tackles on both sides of the ball as well as he’s had in the last few years... we recruited too many guards on offense... but we had a fairly loaded roster as a whole
