If Kiffin is at the helm, is Sam Leavitt our QB1 next year? QB depth is depleted and he absolutely will bring in talent via the portal.

Next year's O line will be better (can't get much worse) because they will have an O line coach who can teach them how to be better or they will buy a line through the portal. Running backs and receivers will be good. All they need is the right QB and OC. Defense will be a big rebuilding job no matter if Baker or some other DC is here.

If he's smart, he will use the cautionary tale of Garret Nussmeier and strike while the iron is hot in the draft. But it would not hurt my feelings if he wandered over to LSU with his coach

He only played in 2 games in his freshman season, which should qualify him for a redshirt. I think he probably can play one more season.

I would think he is very much in the picture, but with no depth, the coach has to bring in some guys from the portal and Kiffin would likely attract an elite talent at QB. Is MVB elite (or have that potential)? No idea.

It looks like he redshirted in 2021. Then played 2 games in 2022.
