Connor Simon played 1 year of high school ball. Missed 2 to injury and 1 to Covid. He has a lot to prove

He only missed his senior year to injury and everyone missed a year due to Covid. He started as a freshman and was the starting pitcher in the state championship game against Repol from John Curtis. He played for the elite travel team Sheets baseball. He’s pretty proven. He may be a little Rusty coming off of an injury but he’s definitely proven he has the skills to succeed.

All of this. Sheets >>>>>>>>> St Pauls.

He was good enough as a HS freshman that Marceaux tried to take his head off in his first AB against him.

Pearson is starting to become a draft risk. He’s killing it in a wood bat league in Florida

Pearson with another homerun today. He’s on fire. I’m ready for Crews to play on the same team. We all know how good he is. It’ll be easier to judge Josh’s performances with Crews seeing the same pitchers.

I'm not going to judge either of them based off of their summer performances. Pearson's stock has certainly risen, and I really hope he makes it to campus (I think he will). But, the cream will rise to the top when it's nut cutting time. Our OF production should be pretty nasty with Crews and whoever else is there (Dugas, Gio, Drost, Sanford, Bianco, Morgan, Pearson, Stevenson, Jobert).

C- Alex Milazzo
1B- Tre Morgan
2B- Connor Simon
SS- Jordan Thompson
3B- Cade Doughty
RF- Dylan Crews
CF- Drew Bianco
LF- Giovanni DiGiacomo
DH- Gavin Dugas
P- Javan Coleman
P- Garrett Edwards
P- Blake Money
Cl- Ty Floyd

Hopefully Milazzo improves his BA .100 points, and if DiGiacomo doesn't return, Dugas to Left and Hayden Travinski to DH.
Pitching Staff will need help 2 Starters wouldn't hurt.

This is dumb. Not a single incoming Freshman when we have a Top 3 recruiting class heading to BR?

Several incoming recruits being projected in top 8 rounds of draft too. Lots of talent potentially on the way

I don’t agree with all of his lineup but he does have Simon at 2B. He will be a freshman.

Zero chance he’s the Sunday starter.

Well, that lineup certainly isn’t going to give anyone a boner
