Once the roster is set and staff is in place, I'm taking a long break. I think we still have another 2-3 weeks before things settle down, though.

I haven’t heard of any more position players from Arizona transferring here. But you may have better sources than me. Not saying you are right or wrong

Was told there is a POSSIBILITY of getting a pitcher from Arizona. Not confirmed. I don’t know if he’s a lefty or righty. Also had another transfer prospect on campus that’s a pitcher

Honestly, I don't know much about Irvin or Cooper. I'd think Cooper would be more of a projection. Irvin is a guy with more experience. If Childress is our guy, he can develop LHPs quick even if they're just bullpen stoppers.

My sources are good but I've been leaving them alone. I only asked about AZ transfers. LHP and CF was the simple answer I got, and I don't even really know if that was inside scoop or an assumption.

I just want the dominoes to really start falling, pitching coach, draft, transfers, team is set for the fall. Im ready to know.

CF Donta Williams was the leadoff hitter for Arizona who was great but he's listed as a Jr. I don't know what his MLB stock is but he's a definite take, and OF Holgate can rake as well.

I don't think Williams is in the portal. He'll probably just take whatever he's offered in the draft. Not sure.
Holgate is an animal. Definite take but not a CF.

If coach Johnson can pull both or either Jack Washburn and Micah Dallas (both guys in the portal) we going to Omaha. It will have to be after we announce our PC and after the MLB draft, I'm guessing.
