Against Georgia State last night. Despite superior talent, our defense couldn’t do a damn thing to force a turnover. It’s so disappointing but at least we likely have only one game left of House calling plays. And maybe there’s some talent issues, but I t’s clear the players don’t believe a thing he’s selling.

Not sure the adjective superior would be used to describe our defensive talent, maybe “slightly better”. Combine that with trash coaching and those are the results you get.

It should be superior, and there should be no doubt about it.

Certainly superior talent compared to their opponent.

Bad coaching neutralizes it.

Yet an A&M kickoff team of all walk-ons laid the wood and forced a fumble on their only play:

We had 8 TFLs and held them to 14 points, pitching a shutout in the second half. For this defense, which is very bad, they had a good night

A receiver losing a ball in the lights turned this game from being 21-21. Was nice a little luck was on our side but that play turned the tide of the game, which had them marching up and down the field on us at will.

One of the sacks was on a QB run where he got stopped a yard shy of the line of scrimmage.

All teams work on ball security and GA State haad some good looking skill position players. To get a turnover you must first hit the player with the ball. Still too many whiffs by ALL players.

If only they could do it vs an actual team -- like FSU, Ole Miss, or Alabama

Oh didnt know you were on BK's staff. With that said how and when did you realize the defensive players were "not buying a thing House says"? Since you are on "the inside" enlighten us please.

Cool you found a black cloud in a silver lining. We shut them out in the second half and won by 35 points.

Are you seriously trying to sugarcoat the worst defense in LSU history? Lol

These guys and coaches are historically bad man. It’s ok to admit it.
