Was definitely targeting

They showed one view of where the helmet hit the chin. After that they never show that view again. They kept on showing the same view over and over

I mean, i have never been a fan of targeting but if you make a rule you have to enforce it.
Targeting a defenseless player (Rule 9-1-4)
A player commits targeting when they:
Make forcible contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless opponent.
Use their helmet, forearm, hand, fist, elbow, or shoulder to deliver that contact.
That was straight to the chin, lol. Great tackle, great catch, but targeting.
