Bryce Underwood will be legendary level recruiting ammo for Lane and any other good offensive coach. Watching that kid waste his $25,000,000/year+ NFL talent over a relatively small amount from Dave Shortnoy and some creepy billionaire who isn’t even into sports is gross

While I agree with these sentiments in general, had Michigan not gone overboard and thrown him that massive deal, I'm not sure he would have sucked for us. I mean that deal probably killed his work ethic and made him terribly entitled. He surely would have looked like a bust in BK's offense too, but he did have an awful lot of potential. If he was playing for Lane this year... He might look a whole lot better.
No matter though... Seems like LK can just pluck QBs from the trees.

We would still have BK and Sloan right now most likely if had stayed committed. And tonight's game would be some 17-10 pulling teeth kind of win similar to last year.
Michigan overbidding for Underwood to steal him from us to jumpstart all the changes in the LSU athletic department and emboldening the boosters is a butterfly effect that could go down in legends the same way Drew Brees being rejected by the Dolphins with Saban was.
