Some of it was ball placement early on, but he has had some drops. He probably needs to use more touch with the short pass. His long ball is good but the WR just had good coverage.

Yeah you right, we need to pass more we’ve only rushed for 17 first downs
What is Charlie thinking, throw it 50 times like Nuss, it’s embarrassing to have 200yds rushing first half

I expect to see a lot more play action and roll outs in the 2nd half

Wouldn’t mind seeing him put some air under some of those throws.

Who cares if the throws weren't perfect

That’s honestly generous. He struggles to throw further than 15 yards. What’s his passing stat line right now lol?

He is coming off rehabbing an injury, so I’m not closing the book on him or anything.

But he is going to have to improve a lot as a passer.

He has stared down green. He has gotten a lot of balls batted down at the line. And he has been noticeably and consistently inaccurate beyond 10 yards in the air.

Our receivers are getting zero separation and they are small in size.

I wouldn’t say it’s an issue. He’s clearly shown he can throw the ball at ASU. He’s coming back for an injury and starting with a new group of receivers. I’ll give him the first two games to settle in and work out the kinks.

Kiffin will need to scheme them open, they don't seem to be physical enough to win the 1 on 1 battles consistently.

Should get better with reps. We don't have head and shoulders standouts at WR but Kiffin's system is good at getting guys open, and the run game looks much much better, obviously will open things up.

Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee got us to the dance, this is better than that but I do agree there is room for growth
